ROBBED BY SPRINT STORE EMPLOYEE: First, he tried to sell me a $100.00 Case, no, wait, he didnt sell it, he tried to put it on my bill without asking me, just like he did to me in Feb 2016 when I went in for my upgrade. When I wouldnt let him rob me, by adding accessories to my phone I did not ask for, he decided to rob me by adding services to my bill that I didnt ask for. After he tried to rob me twice in the store, I called customer service, they told me to go talk to someone else, who agreed that I was robbed, and fixed my bill. The same "person" was working at the store in February and April of 2016. I didnt see him last week when I went to the store because my phone had been stolen. The "person" who "helped" me this time, looked like a psychopath. He never smiled, and had an attitude about everything he said. He also had a speaker next to my ear blasting music in my face. When I asked if he could turn it down, he rolled his eyes at me, moved the speaker, then grunted: "so...what do you want to do about the phone?" Sprint! Please stop recruiting employees from the Prison Release Gate! People are whopping out hundreds of dollars a month, and you have crazy people working at your stores???? I do wonder is Sprint encourages their employees to rob customers like this?

They really push hard on sales. They offer you "free items" when you purchase a phone but the cost is really wrapped up in the plan that they offer and youre actually making monthly payments on them until you pay it off then your monthly bill is lowered. I had a service member tell me that my headphones and jbl speaker were free. I said really because I really have no use for the speaker. His reply was "yeah, its going to cost you the same whether you take it or not." So I just took the speaker and didnt think anything of it. When we were done he asked to see the paper that I signed because he forgot something at the bottom. Didnt think anything of it until I realized that my bill had increased about a month later. When I pulled out that paper I saw what he wrote at the bottom... "nothing was free." So really, what was the purpose of writing that on a contract if you know you werent scamming someone? I didnt give them a one star review because despite that they really are helpful there. Especially when your phones not working or you just need something small. Just dont buy anything with a plan because theyre going to try to wrap things into it and make you buy things that you arent aware youre paying for

Finally great service with sprint!!! The sales people were very professional and knew what they where doing (which is a nice change of pace given the b.s. Ive put up with from other sprint stores in the past) Ive been having a problem changing my plan with sprints horrible app. but the sales reps here were able to figure out what had happened and address the issue quickly, I was able to resolve it in a timely manner. they werent pushy and didnt try to sell me something i didnt need I was in and out in 30 minutes. Being a small business owner i know that time is valuable and I cant stand getting the run around. For once i was in and out quickly and with everything i needed done. If you have sprint this is Differently the store to go to.

My daughters phone broke and we went to the Spring store - what a HUGE mistake. The guy that worked there told us that if we went through Spring insurance (Asurion), it would take 2 weeks to repair. He then told us of a special Sprint was offering that if we bought a tablet for $5/month, we could get a new phone. Imagine my surprise when the Sprint bill came with an extra $120 in charges - $15 for the tablet and $95 for an extra phone line. I called Sprint and told them the story and they were very apologetic for the idiot that worked there. They took everything back, but in total this Spring guy costs us ~$200 in charges that never should have occurred. BTW Asurion sent us a new phone within a day. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THEY HAD ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT RATING. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ALL LIE. THEY SAID I GOT THE LOWEST RATE AVAILABLE BUT IT WASNT. THEY TELL YOU TO GO PICK OUT MERCHANDISE BECAUSE ITS FREE AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS FOR THE FREE ITEMS. WHEN CONFRONTED THEY SAY YOU SIGNED THE PAPER YET THEY DO NOT GO OVER THE LINE ITEMS. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE MERCADO, TERRELL AND MANAGER LUCAS ASHTON. THEY ARE ALL LIARS. SPRINT CORPORATE TRIED TO HELP BUT ASHTON JUST LIED IN OUR 3 WAY PHONE CALL WHEN THEY TRIED TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE. SPRINT NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE WITH THIS STORE AND BRING IN REPUTABLE SALES PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT.

Ok, so basically Im really happy with the service from Sprint in general. The workers there are really helpful. Do your homework and they can help get the best phone for you.The phone service is good. Also the customer service line gets 99% of my problems solved on the first try, but I always know what the situation is before I call or ask for info that I dont have. Its kinda their job to answer and they do a pretty good job with it. PS. Im not a worker, its just good give credit where its due, instead of only give ratings when youre not happy with a company.

Got me a new phone, they are sales people though, were very helpful,,, though it always amazes me how many , people walk in right before me, when I get there, hmmmm? Or like the token woman with her 4 rowdy obnoxious token kids, in there rambunctious mode, that she doesnt seem to notice that her little bundles of sunshine touching everything, being rude, and bumping into people, amazing, and each of them got there turn on the poor sales guy for there oh so important video game questions? Mercy!

Would not recommend going there, but in Worcester this is the only Cooperate store. A lot.of young folk work their. Too much playing, not much helping, and too kuch flirting with the female customers, cursing in front of the customers, and very slow.to assist. Lack of knowledge. A xooperste store should be ran professionally. Nevwr seen a cooperate store so lax.....once im done paying for this phone, i WILL be looking for aother carrier. Few more months to go.

Experience was awful they had 13 customers waiting to be helped and only 2 employees out of the 6 that i seen helping customers. Not to mention that they didnt even let anyone know they had a sign in sheet. This is the worst cell phone store i have ever had to deal with. SPRINT is the WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY YOU COULD EVER DEAL WITH YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM THEY SHOULD HONESTLY BE OUT OF EMPLOYMENT! SCAM ARTIST

The in store customer service support is very unprofessional, they don’t acknowledge you, or promptly try to service you. You can get better customer service at McDonalds, long lines at all times of the day, the average waiting time is typically over 30 minutes, CRAZY!!! I have visited both the Blackstone Valley store and the Route 9 store, sadly! I’m force to stay with Sprint, corporate account…
