Abysmal service.....food/coffee very pleasant but particular gentleman serving us (older guy with tattoos, no idea of his name but looked half asleep/drunk/on drugs...I have no idea) was unbelievably rude and defensive when he got the order wrong 3 times in a row. Such a disappointment....from the country that brought us great customer service ....apparently. This place could really do with learning a thing or two about it. Go elsewhere in my opinion but if youre content with being treated like an idiot (even though you are English and speak the language quite clearly) then by all means, enjoy the hideousness of the staff. However, if and when I return to Provincetown I will steer clear of this place.

Unbelievable service! I asked for a place to wash my hands before breakfast, I was rudely directed to a door labelled "for employees only", and when I double-checked before I went through it, I was treated like I was retarded . It escalated from there (never the word"sorry" was uttered once by the two servers), I was denied the coffee, returned the money I had already paid and told I was not welcome there any more! All of it for asking to wash hands!

Not a good experience. Two nights in a row went about nine pm to get a coffee The open come on in sign was on the door. The place was empty and looked closed but the staff said they were open but were very put out by having to serve coffee and get cream out of fridge since they had already put it away. Simple fix- turn sign to closed if you are closed instead of being rude and losing annual customers.

Poor customer service, confusing options on the board not helped by passive aggressive staff attitude/behaviour. The guy serving asked a Question repeated it incorrectly and then starting getting pissy that he was not listening properly for the third time! Nothing wrong with the food or coffee but you may want to get some new staff.

Great selection of coffee and treats, sitting inside or out. I was on my bike and relaxed outside in tree shade while getting a nice strong wifi signal (not that prevalent in town here!) and enjoying a nice look down the street. Nice folk manning the place too.

Good coffee, nice place to sit. Its a very good coffee shop with a bunch of indoor/outdoor seating. Its more comfortable than the Wired Puppy at the other end of town, but I prefer the Wired Puppys coffee. Youll have to try both and decide for yourself. ;-)

We had breakfast and coffee here on a Sunday. It was busy but got served quickly and found a great place to sit outside and eat. Coffee was good and strong, and the breakfast bagel was usual breakfast food. I like it here just to people watch :)

Coffeeshops options are kinda limited in P-town. Fortunately Joes got you covered! Ideal spot, nice cozy outdoor area, fantastic coffee, great selection of pastries and other goodies, friendly staff... Its a no-brainer, just go with Joe!

My favorite coffee shop in all of Provincetown. The coffee is good and the sandwiches are great and a nice variety of treats. Best part is the people watching going up and down Commercial street on their great outdoor patio.

Good coffee and good desserts. Staff is incredibly friendly, public restroom is available. Clean coffee shop and decent food options. Outdoor seating allows you to see the crowds pass by as youre relaxing in the shade.

Great iced coffee and amazing pastries. Had a phenomenal cinnamon roll last year and tried their coconut almond scone this year. It was so good, we went back and grabbed more for breakfast the next day.
