I can find a healthy assortment of food items for people who have special dietary needs as well as food for people who are not on special diets; all at low reasonable prices. Wegmans offers a special app for your smartphone to aid the shoppers information on just about every item in the store including info on their products, the prices of the products, & locations of the products which helps the shoppers do their grocery shopping more efficiently. The store in Northbrook has a pharmacy department, a liquor store, a cafeteria to help yourself to a variety of international foods, soups, salads, a sandwich shop, a pizzaria, plus sushi, etc. which you can eat there where there are plenty of seating areas with TVs to watch the news plus one section for families with small children for watching cartoons appropriate for little kids to watch plus toys to play with while the parents can relax while the children are entertained. Meals may also be be bought for take out. The layout of the store is like a marketplace where the food is cooked by professional chefs. Its very easy to spend hours there. The employees are helpful & friendly. If you cant find what you are looking for & the store doesnt stock it, they will have it the next time you shop there. There are employees just to help customers who need help bringing their groceries to their vehicles. I wish that Wegmans could build a location in Worcester.

I had never been to a Wegmans until I moved out here, and I became completely hooked after my first visit. The store pretty much has anything you could possibly want. Its clean, with a nice layout, and the employees to whom Ive spoken have always been polite and helpful. I think overall their prices are pretty competitive compared to other grocery stores; some things appear to be much cheaper (especially the Wegmans brand, which I sometimes even think tastes better than the name brand version), while others are a bit more expensive, but I figure it evens out and so Ive rarely gone grocery shopping anywhere other than Wegmans since I discovered it. I havent had much experience with their cafe and hot foods section, but the few times I have ordered a smoothie or gotten some food, its been delicious. Im definitely a Wegmans convert/fangirl.

I have loved all aspects of the Wegmans experience with the exception of the meat. I have had 3 bad experiences in the past month. 1. Approached the beef counter and ordered 2.5lbs of ground beef. The guy behind the counter asked if I wanted fresh ground, which was not in the cooler yet. I asked "when was the beef you just wrapped for me ground?" His response was "this morning". I said, "hours apart shouldnt be of concern, I will take what is in my cart"...The next day I opened it to make burgers and it was horrendous! 2. Yesterday I opened 2 strip steaks that were pre-packaged and had an exprire date of 10/24. Again Horrendous smell. 3. Today, I opened organic ground beef, 1lb...same experience. I will never purchase meat from Wegmans again.

I have Celiac Disease Gluten free.. I will make sure I dont get my products there.. I bought a bag of gluten free Liz lovely cookies and got my gluten free reaction, I called customer service and put a complaint, and all they did was send me from one place to the another, they did not take it or considerate a seriously disease, I wish people dont compare this super market with whole foods super market..they will handle this matter very seriously, coz they care about health not only about just money$$$$$.... Ill never go there again or recommend anyone to go there with allergies... I care about some one else health than money.

My favorite place to eat and do the grocery shopping! Parking can be a little crazy on the weekends, but the service you get from the employees is well worth it! Like anything you eat at the buffet? They will freely give you the recipe! Who else does that sort of thing? Prices are OK. Liquor is usually very good. Food varies by what you are looking for. They have a huge variety of natural foods too. Almost like a Whole Foods on steroids! Speaking of illicit fare, the Wegmans has a basting oil that I swear has crack as the the main ingredient. This stuff goes on almost anything.

As one of wegmans top 50 customers for 3 years straight, I can say that there is no place like northborough wegmans. Literally like a second home to me; we know some of the staff personally now! The food is really good and they offer great prices. The staff are friendly and top notch. Every now and then they offer great classes on things like cheese tasting, wine tasting, how to make your own appetizers etc. also give out a lot of free samples. Last thing, and this may sound strange, but the bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen. Could literally eat in them.

I rolled my eyes when this place first opened and everyone was raving about it. But I was converted on my first visit. While this isnt my weekly grocer, I treat it similar to that of Whole Foods. Wherever I have a party or want something of higher quality, Ill go here. The best part is that Wegmans offers so much more than my local Whole Foods. Theyre prepared foods section is the best Ive ever seen at a grocery. Amazing selection of produce and an enormous liquor store, all in one roof! Would recommend to anyone.

Too many times buying the prepared veggies to use during the week - only to have them slimie, not fresh. I once loved the Norrthbourgh store - now I am shopping the new Price Chopper on rt 146. to be fair - wegmans did send me a gift certificate last year after I bought 2 watermelons in a round that were bad. But - I dont want the gift certificates - I want to be able to come home and fix a good dinner with no surprises. I cant be the only one seeing this decline in quality

Wegmans is a great store. Huge selection (including bulk products), good quality (organic, local or brand) and a positive place to shop. I enjoy their cheese selection and the meat packs. Where else can you get a 4 lb of 92% lean ground beef? Some items are priced higher than average (i.e. organic eggs) however the family pack can save you few bucks (i.e. granola, bread, fresh pasta). I definitely shop here when I can and look forward to have it open in more locations.

Grocery store from heaven until youre being denied at the register the right to buy alcohol. Apparently you now have to be 30 years old if youre from out-of-state! (Federal licences dont count either.)This business has discriminated me for my age (26 years old) and for being from another state. This is borderline unconstitutional regardless of the reason. It would have been nice if they at least put up a sign somewhere to let a girl know. #Whiningbecauseimwineless

I Have shopped Wegmans for 25 years and this is the best store I have been to. I drive over 30 minutes to shop here and pass many many other groceries including stop and shop, Roche brothers , Whole Foods , market Basket. By far the best quality and value you cant find at any of those others. Their private labeled foods are great value and taste. The produce is the best I see Anywhere and the selection of Organic items beats everyone else.
