First, yes the selection is good but they have so much inventory things with low turnover like the mico brews and wine are gonna be real old. When they opened went to a wine tasting ordered two cases of a special wine and spoke to the distributer and manager of the wine and a bourbon I like pappy van winkle. The store was supposed to take care of it never got either. Called them a month ago for Pappy as it was coming in and they said they would get me some. Went today and when I got two bottles they got in and asked about the 15 year old and he said they didnt get it and they had other customers besides me anyway. I saw three bottles of it behind he counter where they got mine. When I looked at it it was the 15 and I was lied to. Then went back and it was gone, they moved it cause I was looking at it. When I questioned the manager he said he moved it because he saw me "nosing around". I told him they were liers and not to be trusted. I gave them back $300 worth I was going to buy plus another $600 in scotch and some other high end wine for client gifts I did not purchase. One big lie and they lost at least $3000 in sales per year. With so many other choices you cant count on these guys, if they are gonna steal from you and lie why would you ever do business with them?

Wines & More in Mansfield Crossing Would only go there if I needed my mini chocolate shot cups, a quick bottle of wine or six pack and not near any other liquor store. The store is huge and I do not believe the craft beers or micro brews are the freshest. Cold beer is way back in the store and they have so many wines that it can get confusing. Their wine tasting is neat you can sample various labels and they give you a mini lesson on how to taste the wine. They also stock mini chocolate shot cups which are very hard to find, I will go there for a few boxes However beware they are waaaaay over priced and make sure you check expiration dates.

Needed some cold beer, so after a small hike to the back of the store and back it rings up 3 bucks higher than marked. So I can either feel cheap or feel ripped off so I went with telling him it was not the price marked. Well then I get to wait for somebody else to take the 1/4 mile trek to the back of the store, check the price and come back and agree it rang up wrong. Now they were not too rude about it, but they never seemed too concerned either. Problem is there is no quick stop in this warehouse, every trip in feels like a trip to the registry of motor vehicles. Its great if you are trying to kill time though.

Phenomenal selection, personal service, helped me find a 2002 Perrier Jouet. Not the best price, but I could find it and take it home that day. Ask for Chris Brown. I will, next week, when I look for a Stags Leap 2007 Petite Syrah. As for the one star ratings, they appear to be about carding incidents. This is becoming common practice around the state. You cant blame the establishment. The state comes down pretty hard on stores, even it they are unwittingly selling indirectly to minors. Get used to it.

Horrible customer service. Didnt know what 99 bananas was and then wouldnt sell to me because one of my friends who want purchasing alcohol was with me. I am 24 years old and not allowed to buy because your not posted policy says that everyone has to have an ID. Id go out of my way to go to a different store to get my alcohol.

The beer selection is well above average, but I wish the kept some more of the craft brews in a cooler. The wine and spirits selection is also excellent. However, the downside is that it is the priciest liquor store in the area, at least that Ive come across. A great inventory apparently comes at a great price.

Beer was overpriced compared to other similar stores. Place is way too big and not laid out logically. I felt like I walked a mile (its possible that I did) just to compare seasonal beers and to look for a basic red wine. Also, for such a huge place the beer selection was not overwhelming. Wont be back.

Wine selection is large and hasnt disappointed for quality. I like the "more" section. Decently large selection of whiskies. Nothing of the very rare and ueber expensive Scotch, but certainly enough within the <$200 range for most people to try.

Its a huge store but not discount prices. Lots of beers, but freshness is sometimes iffy. It is like a 5k walk to get a cold 6 pack from the back of the store, so it never feels convenient.
