DO NOT GO HERE. Too bad this one wasnt closed in their mass store closing this year. Management here is the worst. Had a manufacturers coupon (taken off the box at point of sale) that the manager refused to accept bc the register wouldnt take it. The coupon was for that specific product and wasnt expired. Never had a store flat out refuse to help problem solve an issue like that. At first she said the product didnt match when that was shown to be inherently untrue, she kept repeating the register wont take, the register wont take, will be short $10, will be short $10... Tf? Duh thats the reason she was called over. Zero help. The cashier was even apologizing saying it didnt make sense and that he just worked there. I was calm the whole time, but the situation was so bizarrely handled on the managers part that I guess he felt he needed to apologize on her behalf. Shame. Verbal and written English was not her strong suit. Would of been better off talking to a wall. With employees like this being promoted to manager positions, Walmart is guaranteed more store closings. Good thing theres Target right around the corner, I suggest going there. Situations like this usually roll off my back, but the customer service was the worst Ive ever encountered in any retail situation

I work for the recruiting department of the National Guard. We travel all around the country to different events spreading the word about what the National Guard does, and what future it holds for Americas youth. We were in Boston for an event and needed a place to park the National Guard motorhome for a few days. We usually always park in a Walmart parking lot overnight while we travel from one side of the country to another. This Walmart was the closest with a large parking lot and parking in Boston is scarce at best. But when we contacted this store and spoke to the store manager, we were not only told we were not welcome to park there, but if we tried she was going to have us towed. Now we have never had a problem in any other parking lot of any company, and I have never heard of even a private motorhome having problems parking overnight in a Walmart parking lot. They are huge and it gives us a place to collect our food and supplies. But this store has to be the most unpatriotic store I have ever encountered. If it wont even back up the people that help keep this country safe, then the citizens dont stand a chance. I would recommend never shopping here, cause they definitely do not care about America.

Lines are usually very long and backed up. Very crowded in the store. People are in such a hurry to get into the long line. Me too. We move fast and theres collisions of carriages. Theres no one side on each Isle that goes in one direction. Which causes customers to get jammed up. You cant set your cart to the side to pick up an item or choose an item. Spaces not wide enough. Framingham Walmart should have widened spaces in the isles for their customers and the it handicapped customers, who really have almost zero access. And Framingham Walmart should have invested their money in hiring more Cashiers during the whole year. Its like Christmas in there year round. ButWalmart so called expanded to put refrigeration units in. Without expanding the store building. Isles are much more smaller now. Please Widen your isles to legal handicap accessibility requirements. And hire a bunch more employees. I know Ive left my full basket and left your store due to way to long lines many times. Im sure Im not the only one. Your company goal is to keep customers, and employees. Not lose them

I have shopped at Walmart for years because of their low prices, and do so expecting little customer service. This location is run down, dirty, and does not have much merchandise. I only shop here because it is right up the street. When I have the time I make the trip 30 minutes away to another location, or shop at the one closer to where my mother lives when I visit her. If you ever have to call Walmart... good luck! I had to call today to ask a simple question to correct an error with an online purchase that Walmart made. I simply asked if they had the correct burp cloths in stock. I was forwarded to three different people and the call ended in the hardware department, where the employee said he could not transfer me back to customer service and that I would have to hang up and try again. I did just that, then got someone to check for the item. She then stated that there are no burp cloths in stock, at all at this time.

Its a pit. The store is *always* dirty, disorganized, the merchandise pawed over, stuff in the aisles, prices missing or wrong. The staff reflects the store, absolutely no interest in helping a customer (their standard strategy is to run away when asked a question, never, ever, to return.) Aside from supporting a store that treats its employees terribly this one also treats its customers terribly. Oh, and for comparison, the Target a block away? Immaculate, pleasant, the staff plentiful and *helpful*. A complete opposite of this horrid Walmart, so theres no excuse except for corporate apathy and incompetent store management. Dont waste your time here, dont give them your money. You deserve better and can do better.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a Dell computer with warranty. The Dell stopped working after a month (worst ever PC manufacturer) and when I tried to call Walmart Service Center to use my warranty, I got the old run around. By the time, I got to a live person, it was 25-30 minutes. I was given an appointment - and no one showed up! When I called the Walmart number, after spending around another 30 minutes, I was told that the service appointment was delayed - it would have been good to know that. Never again will I buy any electronic stuff from Walmart.

I came in to buy a dash cam for my car and being i had some time to kill decided to goto electronics to buy a TV. Long story short I saw they had a curve tv and I wanted to buy it but before I could even tell the guy I wanted it he left to take care if somebody else (who just happened to be somebody he knew). Like WTF!! Are you kidding me, what was my business not important enough for the dude to help me. He came back after he helped his friend but I decided that either i would goto another store or just order one on line.

Its improved dramatically over the years, but this is still not a great Walmart. Its somewhere between a small store and a supercenter, since the town forced them to remain inside the previous occupants footprint. The aisles are narrow, the selection is so-so, and the employees arent terribly helpful (when you can find them). I generally find that theyre out of stock of exactly the item I need, while the shelves around it are overflowing with merchandise (automotive and health/beauty are particular offenders).
