Extremely rude!! I called about split box springs and the first time a young man said yes yes yes and when I asked a price he claimed he didnt know and had no idea why he answered the phone. He ended up hanging up on me when I asked to speak with someone else. When I called back a women named Linda answered and was extremely rude said it would take over a month to order anything!! Even if they had what I was looking for I would shop somewhere else!! Very rude!!!

they have some cheap products and its an interesting browse. I rarely actually buy anything as it seems a bit disorganized and I have never seen much quality as is my preference. Im sure there are people who love this place.

Love Big Lots, however this particular location is almost always kind of messy, shelves generally empty and disorganized. Needs massive improvements in general.
