I cant count the number of times (many CVS stores) told me my script wasnt ready but it was, gave the wrong dose, mistook me for another person, said my insurance has a different information than what I was giving them, and the long lines every time I go kill me, not to mention overpriced merchandise. If they were not such a big company, my concerns would influence them to provide better service.

This place is horrible for prescriptions! First of all, Im handcuffed by my Insurance to use CVS so that sucks but, you would think they would have the medicine that my son needs every month seeing how we get his medicine there every month! Nope!! On more than 1 occasion, they have not had the meds my son needs!!

I called today a couple minutes ago, A lady was helping me out just fine untill she put me on hold . As the call was retrieved whom ever pick up taught it was ok to hang up on me very disrespectful!
