Im sorry that the previous reviewer wasnt happy with her experience, and while Im sure English isnt her native language, it is clearly stated in the store, albeit in English, that there are no returns. As for my experience at the store, I couldnt be happier. I never go looking for a specific item, but go at least weekly, sometimes twice, and find the most wonderful bargains. At their prices, I can afford to buy gifts for people I know and love. With my limited budget, its something that Im not often able to do. Id suggest that you ask to be on their email list when you get there so that when they have a 50% off day, and that happens a couple of times a month, youll be notified. The message that youll receive will state that after you spend $10 on goods that are half off, you are eligible for $15 of regularly priced clothing. How many stores can you say offer that?!

I went today June 17 2013 at the Salvation Army Family Store in Brockton!!! First I went there with my baby girl and when I was putting on the clothes to see if it fit me!! My baby was crying a lot!! so I stop it and I went to pay!!! when I was in my cousin`s car I saw one pair of shoes that I did not pay in my baby`s car!! so I retuned it and I told the girl that I will be back in a few minutes for the shoes!!!!!! when i arrived to my house and proved the clothes on me!! i knew that some of them did not fit me!!! So i sent my cousin back for the shoes and to change the clothes that did not fit me!!! And the girl told her that she did not know where the shoes are!!! and also told her that she will not return the clothes that did not fit me!!! I fell bad and sad!!!

Im pretty sure they dont wash the clothes, be side the store has a weird dusty smell. That being said, a single sweater can cost $4.99, which is pretty expensive for a second-hand unwashed piece of clothing. I like coming here and finding cool bags and ceramics. I come here for an ugly Christmas sweater every year. This store does NOT have any skinny jeans. The clothes are sorted by gender, and then color. The sizes are random.

Nice, new, clean, spacious store, and fantastic salespeople - but not much in the way of merchandise. Less than a dozen pieces of household linen, for example, and maybe fifty pairs of shoes. OTOH, your money goes toward a great organization, and its right next to Lowes and Westgate Mall, so if youre there anyway its worth poking your head in.

Love this store, everyone that works there are very nice and helpful! There is also great items at a reasonable cost, furniture is in great cleaned condition and a great selection of different bedroom and living room styles!

They refused to take furniture, perfectly good solid wood - because it had scratches. Minor scratches mind you because its used. They want new. Absolutely the biggest farce of a company that claims to help others ever.
