Prime is a little out of the way for me. But I always try to make it there to buy my meats. Everyone who works here is super helpful, and chipper. The quality of the meat is excellent and the prices are fair. I love that butcher shops are making a "come back". I love being able to ask questions about how to prepare something, ask for specific cuts etc. And as someone who is passionate about food, it is nice to feel good about where my grocery dollar is going. I have been to a few butcher shops in the area and this is by far the best! Best selection, quality and knowledge. The store is really nice as well. I always feel good about my experience there. I highly recommend it.

Ive been going to PRIME since I moved to Arlington, around 3 years ago. I make custom orders a few times a year, and they are always helpful and professional. The staff has a great sense of humor and have always made me feel welcome. I cant recommend the quality of their food or service enough. Even with large, last minute orders (because my planning isnt always 100% the best), they have delivered. And when the holidays get near they have checked with me to see if I need anything, which is just a great extra touch.

Ive been to Prime intermittently for groceries - pricey, but high quality stuff - but this was my first time stopping in for a sandwich. The chicken caesar wrap is ENORMOUS, and packed with food rather than having a lot of filler. It quite possibly could have made two meals, but I skipped breakfast. Staff was wonderful - friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to be having a good time. Ill have to drop by more often!

All my favorite cuts of meat, plus some I can find nowhere else. Not only do they carry the delectable beef cheeks, like those I had in Italy, but Chef Scott Cartas recipe on their website is the best ever. AND they can provide the best wine and dessert to go with the finished meal. Even though I have to drive at least 45 minutes to get there, its definitely worth it.

This place is great. Great selection of meats and prepared burgers and better prices than the big grocery stores. And a pretty decent wine selection. Customer service is great, guys behind the counter are helpful.

Great high quality meat, bright red with nice marbling. The seasoned steak tips are delicious. The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. They also have a fair selection of craft beer.
