I have gotten piercings and tattoos from several different shops in the MD area and Tattoo Paradise, Wheaton is by far the best. The shop is very well kept and clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful (and also hilarious). I have gotten tattooed by shawn and nikki and both were very professional and clean and I actually enjoyed talking to them (helps with the pain). I also go there for piercings. I had my industrial done elsewhere for cheap and it didnt last very long. I talked to Willett (the piercer) and he was able to re-do it and it turned out awesome. I later returned and had 2 conchs, anti-helix, 3 microdermials, 1 lobe, and both nipples pierced. All healed perfectly and I had no issue with the piercings. Since I get a little paranoid with how stuff heals, I went back several times with questions and they were happy to answer. Some people say places like Ambrotos is cheaper, but when it comes to tattoos and piercings..... you get what you pay for. Here they only use fresh needles, high quality jewelery, and only hire professionals with experience. I suggest spend the little extra and have it done right rather than spend money having to go to the doctors for anti-biotics and later just taking the piercing out.... speaking form personal experience.... so yeah... go to tattoo paradise!

I went today to get my nipples pierced, and I finally came across Tattoo Paradise at the suggestion of a friend. And everything from the moment I stepped in was great. The staff was wonderful, and Will my piercer was the most professional well trained piercer I had seen in a while. The prices are fair - what one would expect, and I expect to have them heal up in no time at all. My friend who also got snake bites today, and I swear Will was the most patient man as we spent at least an hour trying to get the perfect placement. He would clean and reapply the stain and would clean again until both he, my friend, and I were satisfied with the placement. Really a great guy and I look forward to going back to him in the near future. If you are looking for any local piercing place, Tattoo Paradise is it and Will is your man.

My cousin and I wanted to get matching cousin tattoos on a whim this past Sunday afternoon. We showed up just after noon - opening time and were pleased they could take us right away, after we decided where to have the tattoos placed :) They took us both at the same time, I had Ryan. Not sure the artist name my cousin had. Ryan was great. Ive been getting tattoos since 1994 and Ryan was definitely one of the better artists Ive had. Gently touch, personable. If I was not leaving the area I would get more work done by Ryan for sure. The prices are fair for the area. Im used to Vegas prices where you can get a little more tat for the price.

Great tattoo shop! I have had six tattoos done here, and all six experiences were great. All of them have healed up perfectly and look great. The staff is super friendly and create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I have no desire to even look for another shop. The prices are good for the high quality work that is done here. They have the perfect blend of professionalism and laid backness (not a word, but you get what i mean). Anyone in the dc area should no look any further if they want a quality piece to last them a lifetime.

I was looking to get a surface piercing on the back of my neck and was told I should go see Will. He was very professional and informative when I asked questions.The best part was that the piercing was painless! Its been a week and my piercing is healing wonderfully. If its piercings you want,Will is the man!!

Received a nose piercing here. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Went back to get my jewelry changed and they were great and honest with me about making the change. I will be going back again to get my jewelry changed out once more. And when I am ready to get anther tattoo guess where I am going!

I got two dermals in my chest from Erika and they were done quick and beautifully. She precisely marked the spots and kept me relaxed though the presses. She was a sweet person and Ill definitely go back to get my next set of them

It was my first time getting a tatto in this shop it was really clean an they use new needles everytime! But its really expensive! Ive been to other places that are cheap and great also!
