I have a friend that just got a piercing, the earring wasnt even a surgical earring and it wasnt in a sterilization pouch. My friends ear started leaking nasty stuff and was extremely red and puffy, I went back with her to get it looked at and all they did was clean it. While I was in there I noticed a lot of disgusting and non sterile things, the tattoo artist went out while tattooing someone to smoke and when he came back in he didnt wash his hands!!! The shop was all open and people were just standing around. I work in a professional office and this place was nasty and I will make sure no one I know will ever go there. My friend ended up with a bad infection and had to be put on an antibiotic!!! If you need a tattoo or piercing go to Matteoink in Westminster, md!!!!

I got my first tattoo here and the pink in my ribbon for breast cancer awareness was faded after it healed. I had the same artist do a touch up and its still faded. I dont know why. Im not trying to get anyone from going here cause not all of them could have done this. I think it was the tattoo artist. My small tattoo cost $120 when it normally wouldnt cost that much at any other shop. My father knows about tattoos and is an artist. I know how it should look.

Walked in with my friend and there were people sitting around doing nothing completely ignoring us! I went in for piercings which is done behind a door which we didnt know we were confused as hell. But you cant even say shell be with you in a minute? Totally rude. However the piercing girl is very sweet and professional would go back for piercings but tattoos? Forget it! Show some customer service

I came here for two piercings, one was done by a woman and she was fantastic. The other was done by a man and he seemed to be bothered by me. So, its a hit or miss on customer service but both of them did a good job in terms of the actual piercing.

Ive walked in there twice inquiring about tattoos. Both times, the staff was rude and demeaning towards me. I thought I would give them a second chance, but I should have gone with my instinct. They will never get business from me.

Horrible quality do not let bunny do your tattoos her work looks like she just got a eBay kit and started "inking" people in her kitchen last week and the whole shop has signs basically begging for tips very unprofessional
