The hours on the door say 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but I found the doors locked at 4:30 p.m.// The only place to get used European car parts that I have found. Good inventory the cars dont seem to be too picked over. Engines and transmissions that are reusable are already pulled which drives the price up a bit. But at least youre not rolling around in the mud trying to get an engine out of a car. Would have given 5 stars but the cleanliness and professionalism is not the best Ive seen. The employees however are not rude or unhelpful in any way .

Spend a lot of time on the phone on hold at least an hour between all the calls. Send them all the info they want. Said they would call back in 20 minutes, no call. Part was already pulled and on the shelf, now they tell me it will not ship till Thursday, original call was late Monday. It even gets better I was typing this while on hold and waiting for the guy that was handling my transaction. The guy picks up the phone and says he is with another customer. Before I could even get a word out he hung up. Was just trying to cancel my order. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called ahead about a specific part and the gentleman told me that they had the part and that I could come pick it up before they closed. So I drove 30 minutes and after waiting in line for 15 minutes the guy at the counter refused to have someone pick the part from the "employee only" section of the yard and then just ignored me, and this was an hour before they closed. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!

Went looking for a replacement brake fluid cap for 2012 Mini Cooper. Became upset while in the yard then found 1 Cooper with a brake fluid cap on it. Then went to check out and was asked did I find everything and was I satified...I replied, "Yes!" Then was told, "Have a great day!" The cap was free! I WILL be back!

I found what i was looking for and the price was great , i do recomand this dealer for used parts ( bring your tools and a steel toe boots because you will nees it )

They pull all the engines/trans/glass...leave drippings behind....inaccurate inventory system
