MALIK!!! You literally saved me! I was calling to cancel an order because of rude(!!) customer service at the M St. location(in DC) by the owner Tom. Couple years back, I ordered an edible arrangement. placed at this location but delivered from M St. This past Sunday I did the same thing.. was supposed to be delivered Monday. When I called the M St. location to check on status of order the owner was crappy with customer service basically told me who are you going to tell you I am the owner. I just said OK. I figured there was nothing I could do but not give the overall establishment my money. So I called the suitland location to cancel my order OR have THEM make it and Ill pick it up on Tuesday. When I called, Malik answered the phone. I pushed a couple of buttons because thats how professional he was. He sounded like a recording!!! MALIKS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. He was apologetic for the overall company actions and he is shored me that his location would be the one to deliver it. If I ever ordered an arrangement again it will be to this location only. Thanks Malik, you brought my faith back!

Please give this location some sort of recognition for their customer service, especially for Malik. I frequent this location on a weekly basis and each time I have received superb customer service especially from Malik. The stores located in Northern Virginia especially the Arlington location could really use some training. This store is a model for the type of customer service that I expect from Edible Arrangements. Not only is the customer service excellent but the fruit is also always fresh and sweet. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location due to the customer service and the Delicious Fruit served here. Keep up the great work!

Order Nov 2 around 10am forgot the guy name but it starts with a M. M and I were on the phone for about an hour trying to figure out what was the best gift for me to send out. He was very patient, understanding, helpful and nice. Excellent customer service. Sorry not good at remembering names but Thank you!

Just walked in not realizing the business was only open for delivery orders. With that being said, one of the women in the back yelled who is that? An older woman walked out. I replied are you guys closed for renovations. With a greeting like that, why would I spend $1 at this place of business.

okay, just place your order weeks before a holiday. if you place 2-3 days before a major holiday you will expereince the worst customer service.
