The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Ive spoken to 2 so far and they both took the time to explain all the features of the products I was considering and made great recommendations that suited my needs and experience. They didnt make costly recommendations, only the quality range I asked for basically. I learn something new each time I go there and I highly recommend it. Yewy (Cant spell his name), took the time to measure out 250 feet of wick because they ran out of the 250 pre-bundled product. He stayed open a bit to make sure I was able to purchase what I needed from my trip there, and did not rush me one bit, even though I felt bad and was trying to hurry. There was also an item that was out of stock, and he offered to make one next door in their glass shop and have it ready for me to pick up a few days later. I think the first guys name was Dave. He tried his best to convince me and educate me about the benefits of some items and I didnt listen to him! lol. What he warned against from not having a K Clip happened and I was in there next week buying an extra stem piece. He was also very informative, of course, and very professional and fun to talk to. Some reviews say they had a bad experience with a female employee or possibly the owner, but everyone else I have had the pleasure of working with provided excellent service and I drive my friends there now. The coolest part about it for me is that I purchased a piece locally. They have been around for a while and its nice to have a hobby and be able to purchase from people who enjoy what they do for a living. Just because one person may have been having a bad day, doesnt mean the store is crap. They have a glass shop next door and offer classes for $99. I hear its very in-depth and you walk out with some original, and functional, art work. -QB

you know it sucks because i heard a lot of good stuff from my friends that went. but after my experience i dont even wanna set foot inside the store. i havent talked to anyone else in the store to say its completely bad, but the lady that answered the phone who i spoke with was really rude and sounded as if i was wrong for calling in the first place. i work in a retail store and when we answer the phone, we state our name, the store theyre calling of course AND LOCATION and most importantly we then ask "how may i help you." however when i called all i get is "pure virtures" i dont know who im talking to, im not asked how i can be helped im not even told the location. and when i ask for the price on their cheapest herbal oil nail, im told its store policy that they arent allowed to discuss prices? maybe that is their ridiculous policy(pretty bad for ur biz), whatever, but you dont need to be a ahole when a customer calls, especially a customer that isnt angry or yelling at you, or that has questions before they purchase. I suggest everyone go to smoke signals in frederick. much friendlier customer service, they will let you know instantly if you have a quick question on the pricing of their products and workers have a much more positive tone of voice. their refund policy is also nice for things like vapes and such.

If I could give this business -5 stars I would the OWNER is a rude disrespect person I called there asking if they sell kratom the first time she was rude I accidentally called a second time due to my mother in law telling me to call there not realizing I called already she states "yea you have called here twice I told you the first time we do NOT have that now do NOT call my store again"!! Well my husband was not having someone be rude and disrespectful to me for an accident (everyone makes mistakes) so he calls asking for her name she refused to give it he asked to speak to the manager she stated she was the owner and weve called (3) three times now!! At least the ruthless witch can count!!! I would never help a business out that I that rude over the phone and over an accident!! You a small business sweetie you might want to be more kind to customers before you get shut down!!

Ive been going to Pure Virtue Glass since some friends told me about it more than a year ago. They do 10% off of you pay in cash. If you bothered to Google it, it is definitely worth checking out. They have a continuous supply of new pieces coming in all the time, beautiful glass work and a enough inventory to meet any possible desire you have for your smoking experience. The employees and owner (I think) are all really really friendly and helpful. Use your PC terms for their products and make sure to bring ID, as this establishment is compliant with laws surrounding the sale of their merchandise. Oh yeah, and they have the two prettiest kitties in the world who love to sleep and be loved on by customers. Great place, would recommend 10/10.

I have never been treated worse at a shop before. The young woman (short blonde hair with gages) who "helped" me was extremely rude and offensive. When I asked why oil rig attachments were priced so high, she began to attack me asking how I could question their prices when I am not capable of crafting the products myself. When I didnt understand some of the terms she used like a "banger" attachment, she talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. This was my first experience at this shop and it will definitely be my last. Drive the extra 45 minutes to smoke signals in Frederick for a much better experience. Dont give your money to this business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Overpriced, rude, and clearly does not care about the customer experience. I had referred 3 separate people before the incident today. I have called all of them and told them to never buy anything from this store. I bought a pipe for 220 that I found online for 120 not more than 10 minutes later and when I called to ask about it, I was told "Ive paid my dues, so if you dont like my prices, dont come to my store". Thats fine, I wont, and neither will anyone I speak to about your store.

This is one of the nicest headshops Ive ever been too - Im from PA, working in DC for the summer. Thomas worked with me on purchasing my first water pipe, it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. Only recommendation is to follow the rules posted on the door before entering - MUST BRING YOUR ID REGARDLESS OF AGE. I highly recommend!!! Large and beautiful selection and good prices / service!!!

Not a very nice place to visit. Everything is over priced and its just an unpleasant atmosphere. The employees are the reason though; it always feels like youre a burden to them. They act like know-it-alls and talk down to down to people. "Oh, I know how to make glass"..... well so does lightning and it doesnt have a brain. Anyone can learn this, quit acting like youre in a special club.
