These Guys are a real piece of work!!!!!! I was in Rockville MD for a weekend and found this cigar shop on a Google search so I chose to stop in and shop for a variety cigars. The selection was fairly good but prices were high. The big problem I had was...... taking my girlfriend with me!!!! The store associate that helped me just could NOT take his eyes and attention away from my girlfriend!!!!!!! Made her feel very very uncomfortable....... This store has good Cigars with very bad pick up lines!!!!!! I recommend not taking your wife or girlfriend shopping with you!!!! and if you do, just say...... EYES ON YOUR OWN PAPER CHIEF ! !

Strange atmosphere seemed like they had new staff working the door and overly hovering in the humidor. Prices were ok, would probably go back (if below complaint is fixed about the promo event), but might order online as well. One complaint not totally their fault, but if a promo event from say Perdomo is going to be there from set time to set time, please make sure they stay until the end. I dont want to show up just before the official end of the event and miss the promo person because they already left 15 minutes before the end of the promo.

Well, if your a tall, pretty, blonde gal, you get more attention than you need....I visited this shop while in Maryland attending a wedding this October. The selection of cigars was good ...prices seemed a tad high but Im from Ohio so that could have been the difference in price. I have to say they were very attentive although I am not the one who smokes cigars...my friend was. But thanks for the experience boys. :) If Im ever in Maryland again, I will stop back and see ya.

They were rude to me as well. I asked if they carried a very popular and well rated line of cigars that Im fond of. Instead of saying "no, we dont carry those, but this is what we do have that you might like if you like those..." he started to insult my taste. He then hovered over me the rest of my few minutes there in the humidor like I was going to steal something. Selection of cigars wasnt bad, but prices were a tad high. Id probably go back if the guy wasnt so rude to me.

Very disappointing for a store in such a potentially high end market. Humidor too dry. No paper towels and very poor service.could be so much better.

Always been friendly to me. For a retail store near DC, prices are reasonable. Lounge in back has friendly folks. I visit often.
