Right off of an I-295 exit. Convenient, good courteous service, & clean. No real complaints. However, when they have the entire section of self-checkout registers closed, the line size & wait time at ALL open registers are unbearable LONG!! _____________________________ I do LOVE that this Walmart allows us travelers to take break, rest, & sleep in our vehicles & RVs all the way at the back of their parking lot. Unable to no longer hold my eyes safely open during 1 of my many trips that took me down 295 is how I wound up finding, shopping at, & then taking a nap at this Walmart. From tons of driving trips across the country, I was already aware that a lot of (but not all) Walmart allow travelers to stay overnight at the back of their parking lots. So, if Im traveling & am fighting sleep, I Google the nearest Walmart, & if I see RVs at the back of the lot, then I park near the RVs & other travelers & take a nap. As a thank you to the Walmarts, I ALWAYS make sure to go into the store to buy something while Im there. & Since my 1st time finding this particular Walmart right off of 295, whenever Im traveling 295, I make this store & area one of my resting, refueling, restocking, & eating stops.

Started off Rocky. I was going to pick up some money and when i got there, there was abouth 6 people ahead of me and one at the cashier. The man thst was next in line seemed fustrated (later on stating that he had already been waiting for 30min.) There was obviously an issue with the customer at the cashier that was holding up the line so i decided to call the store phone in hopes of speaking with the store manager. Anyways to make a long story short, i was put on hold for approximately 8min, before Elmer the customer service mng showed up and opened up the second register. Im giving a 3 star because although the situation was resolved, i feel like the cashier should have called for assistance before i did. And also i never got to talk to tgr store mng all i know is his name is Tony.

I am so pissed right now. I literally just went to Walmart to buy some bras and dog food. When all of a sudden, these Men that work there started coming down the aisle with big packages. They was like " move out the way hoe" and they were so freaking rude. There was a witness, a old man in a rolling chair. They pissed him off as well because they told him to get out the damn aisle too and he was mad because he was just trying to pick out some dog food cans. He even started arguing with them. Check the cameras because if you want to know, I couldnt get his number so you could just take a snap of his face and do FBI facial recognition. If I could, I would never go back but sadly, they have cheap eggs and Fritos. So I have to go back. But its horrible customer service. Bye

I made an order online just for the reason it said I could pick them up at this location within a couple of hours. Almost a whole day has past by, no pick up notification has been sent, and I called the store location & the staff answered very unkindly, " Its not ready & we dont know when it will be ready. You will receive e mail when it is ready". I asked him about the message online stating " READY BY 12:57 PM" & his answer is, again very unkindly, " Thats only Estimate, That doesnt mean you will get it by that time. You will receive email when it is ready. This is 5 pm I am talking to the location & I dont even know if I can pick them up. The message thats on WALMARTs website is NOT RELIABLE !!!!!!!! and the staff answering the phone was very rude !!!

1) Too many people from Washington, DC and Baltimore come shop at our Walmart and leave the shelves bare for people in the local community. 2) The Store Management has removed the Price Checker function of the in-store terminals, making it impossible to find the price of an item when it isnt marked. And when you press the button to Request Assistance, no one shows up to help you. 3) For years, the staff at this location have consistently delivered sub-par Customer Service. The latest change: The elimination of Walmarts Price Guarantee at this location. Bottom line, I only shop at this store because I live in Laurel. But I regularly shop at other locations due to better selection of goods and better customer service.

This is the worst location ever. They have the worst customer service. When it is time to close such as today and many other times, they are quick to leave one register open and quick to close the door at the Home and Living section. I had to walk all the way to the other door and walk all the way back to my car in the rain. I was told that they usually close that door at 11pm even though they dont close until 12am. Another time, the self checkout lanes were closed and many of the customers had to wait in line for one open register. I always try to avoid coming to this specific location at all times.

Andrew floor manager poor customer service and not in proper uniform. No badge and poor hygiene. Walmart sign is not consistent with store hours for photos print. Customer came in at 8:05p to print photos at 8:12p clerk come over saying the photo shop is closed. Clerk indicated the photo shop close at 8 and photos will be printed the next day. Andrew stated photo close at 9p but the printers does work and you have to leave them for the next day. Why do you have three stations that you cant print your own photos. Walmart is great for poor customer service!

After spending two hours trying to get someone -- anyone -- at this store to answer the telephone, I got an answer. I was then transferred to a department who hung up without talking. I drove to the store, and the experience was worse. I get the impression that this store was closed years ago, but the management left without actually telling anyone who worked there. The only people left behind are filled with hate, and are too stupid to realize that the reason they are no longer being paid is because they actually have no job. This place is horrifically bad.

My biggest frustration I have as with any Walmart I go to is that majority of the time you can never find someone when you need help. I literally have to go online to find out where items Im looking for in the store are. Customer service is bare minimum but I definitely have my favorite employees that made me shop here. Any and every item I need is available and Im usually here at least a minimum of twice a week. As with most Walmart I find that lines are shorter and faster during the week day and "ridunkolous"on the weekends

I am handicapped and rely on there being carts to get me around this massive store. There were no carts available when I got there today, but a store manager went above and beyond to help me and another gentleman get the handicapped carts we needed. I did not get his name, but he was Hispanic and so very nice. My only suggestion would be to get more carts or at least make sure the ones you have are in working order. There were at least 3 that were out of order. On the whole, I do love this store.
