Deplorable customer service. Never have the prescriptions I need in stock so I always have to try to remember 3 days in advance so I can get the needed amount on time. Was asked to set up the script on auto refill last time, and I quickly agreed hoping it would result in less hassle in the future. Called a day ahead, assuming it would be ready due to the auto refill, but of course Wegmans once again dropped the ball. Thankfully a local pharmacy always keeps it in stock, has better hours, and much better customer service. If there were an option for no stars I would choose it. Go elsewhere or prepare for headaches every time you need a script filled on time.
