I was going there to shop and I only liked a few people there because they were nice to me but, customers are rude along with some employees. They dont like to help you, and the lady behind the customer service counter did not want to fix the problem with my receipt and she argued and yelled at me in front of everybody and my children were with me hearing all of this. I am never going to shop there again.

Called in and asked a simple question, was placed on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever returned. Used my boyfriends phone to call the Clinton location about five minutes after I called forestville and they answered my question in three minutes. Will not be returning to forestville as they have terrible customer service.

The lines are always long and the customer service really sucks. There are around 15 registers but only 3 to 4 of them are open. The employees act is if the customers are a real bother to them. I hate this Shoppers

I like where you can get a hot meal. Shop, and still get your prescription while you wait. You also can pay a utility bill, relax in the food court as well. I am disable, but I don,t let that stop me.

Fast self-check out. However, when walking in the meat department, it smelled like an uncleaned slaughter house. The smell was so foul I was about to walk out of the store.
