Its an arts and crafts store so its 5* regardless. Neat store. Assistant Manager or Manager is an amazing person with her awesome hair dos (Charlene). Cant remember what her position is but she is great, been there for a LONG time and very nice to my tyrants when others just give the evil eye. I find what i need 95% of the time only because the other 5% has stopped being sold there. They do need ball chain connectors though. They sell chain that comes with a few but not connectors alone and they are needed.

Ok, I love Michaels and the stuff they sell but they have got to get some more help in the store. I dont always know where the things I need and I can never seem to find an employee on the floor to help me. I dont think I should have to always go to the front counter to seek help. Other than that I still love the store but cannot give it 5 stars at this point.

My wife took me here to get some type of arts & crafts supplies. I wondered off into other isles while she was hoarding cloth and paints and other things Ill never understand. I found all sorts of things here. If youre looking to make a tshirt or build a model rocket, this place has it all.

It is difficult to find help in here, but the custom frame department staff is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. It is a little expensive but custom framing is. And they try to help you save by suggesting coupons, etc... Their finished product is wonderful.

The manager sucks they throw away good stuff but then get mad when the see people going threw the trash.. what do they care its trash to them. .so now on trash day they come in extra early to throw trash out before the dump truck comes... your childish
