The store is clean. It seemed a bit understaffed. They have coffee and pastry here but frankly with a Starbucks within a mile its only worth it if you plan on sitting and reading while you have a gnash. The prices are average though I thought some items were more expensive. They have games and small novelty items, often on sale or clearance, magazines, some candy and food items. Unfortunately I think venues like this are going away . . its a shame but true.

Well, even if you are one of them, Books-A-Million has an unbelievably large assortment of geekery, movies and knick-knacks while the smarter person in your life ponders a dizzying array of self help books...they might want to try "breaking up with people who dont like books for smart people who do...for dummies"

Always love spending time wandering around this store. Typically has what your looking for in stock and if not, theyre website is easy to order from as well. Most of the time they have deals at the front door for $5 and under, lots of gems to be found there (= Friendly staff and a nice cafe inside!

Shopping on Black Friday and there was not a staff member without a smile on their face. Annely in the cafe was the highlight of my Black Friday shopping. She offered great suggestions and was pleasant and cheery!! Shes a keeper, BAM Management!!

I wish they had one of these in san antonio. Plenty of books for everyone and upstairs is packed with games, collectibles, and music. Love hanging out there and I plan to try the coffee next time.

What an amazing bookstore! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! There are 2 floors of books! Prices vary; so there is something for every price range. Highly recommended!

Cafe is comfortable. Wifi is actually free - you dont have to buy anything. The sweet frappes are good. I like Toasted Coconut and Strawberry Cream.
