Briar Patch is a treasure in downtown Bangor. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous, and the selection is unparalleled. On top of thousands of books, they sell high quality educational toys, with the best selection of Playmobil in Bangor. Plus, there is a toddler sized train table to entertain the kiddos while mom or dad check out.

The Briar Patch is a wonderful place with truly knowledgeable and helpful people. I do most of my Christmas shopping there each year for my children. I dread the day when they outgrow the toys and books they offer.
