Go some place else. Glass is over priced, poor quality, if not all ready broken. Ra Shops new Location is 3 times the size, with 5 times the disappointment. Walking into the empty store you will be asked for your I.D. typical, but then you will be asked every time you try looking at an object cause the sales man has already forgotten he check your ID. all employees know limited knowledge about any of the products, and where equivalent to talking to a fish. most likely to stoned to function. you would have better customer service buying light bulbs in an old folks home.

Charged my card twice then refused to refund me, telling me i have to go to my bank. Took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls from me to even give me that answer. I will never be back. If you choose to spend money there, only use cash. I tried to support local business as Metairie is sadly lacking anything remotely hippie or cool but I cant support such horrific customer service.

Walked in, and to start was never asked for my id. Secondly after previously buying a water pipe from them they dont sell any thicker bowls then the one that came with it that breaks with a single tap. The products they sell are cheap and overpriced.

Overpriced!! I found out the cleanse they sold me for $79 was $15.99 to $30 online. More than double the price. What a ripoff, never buying from these people again. Do your research before buying from these people, I wish I did.

Friendly staff BUT still not worth the trip. Overpriced is understament; $15 Ra item same quality down street for $3. NO RETURNS even on defective items. I was instructed to call manufacture in CHINA!
