The first couple of times I went into Spectacles four years ago, I received very good service. I had gone in there because my previous optician had sold me prescription sunglass lenses that developed scratches. The owner/optician at Spectacles assured me that he would have replaced them had those lenses been his stores. A year and a half later, my new prescription sunglass lenses from Spectacles developed similar scratches! When I brought them in to be replaced, the same owner/optician not only refused to replace them but screamed at me!! I later found out that the sunglass lenses they use at Spectacles should only be used for childrens sunglasses because scratches happen so often. I now use a reputable optician who uses telescope type glass that is tinted throughout the glass. Lesson Learned: Dont give this optician your business!
