I went here in May. I was highly upset with my packaging of my earrings, the wait in line and the time I had to wait for an item to be found because it didnt have a label on them. The total minutes in line was at least 30 minutes. I spoke to manager the next day who was nice, but I want be back. Just not worth an hour drive to me. Coach has lost a good customer.
