The entire process was amazing! Everyone cared about what I was trying to achieve for the event as much as I did. Their suggestions, ideas and advice made it a once in a lifetime event. Sheryl and her team took on my massive project at the nth hour and made it happen. They didnt have to do it but they did and I am forever grateful. My husband was smiling all day for his 50th birthday. He was blown away by the small details and touches they helped me achieve. The communication and customer service was beyond my expectation. Sheryl and Claudette communicated by cell during and after hours. There are not many businesses that would make themselves available any time of day and do it with a smile. I needed a few signs on Saturday that I had forgotten. I could have made it work but even on their day off they had them produced because Sheryl knew how important the day was for us. She communicated by cell and got the signs not only produced but hand delivered to me out at LSU on the biggest game day of the year. They went above and beyond the call of duty where we were concerned. Customer for life! I will recommend Fast Signs to everyone I know for any size job and deadline. Forever grateful for all they did to make his day so memorable.
