Our business has worked with Printing Tech for several years now. They have produced brochures, signs, directories, stationery, etc. & have always provided exceptional service & products. Rob Hetrick, co-owner of Printing Tech, & Whitney Cotton, the designer we work with are very creative & dedicated in providing a quality piece no matter what the product is. The staff, especially those answering the phone, are always very cordial & helpful. We hope to continue our long standing relationship for many years to come.

I tried this company because of the low prices and promises to complete my order with a fast turnaround. I needed to meet an important deadline and Rob assured me he would have it expedited with no extra cost to me. Not only was my order LATE, it was WRONG and Rob denied telling me he would expedite the order and was very unprofessional. When I tried to speak to someone in charge, I learned this guy was the owner! Beware of this place! They make promises they cant keep and the company is run by a moron!

Al has taken excellent care of our printing needs. With his experience and industry knowledge, he has been able to give excellent advice and provide great service. Garrett and the design team are a pleasure to work with. They crush it every time and make sure everything is perfect before going to print. Working with a print shop that has state-of-the-art equipment and a staff that provides excellent service has produced high quality work at a very efficient rate.

CREEP ALERT!!! The worse experience EVER!!!! Had many projects that were time sensitive and made that clear from the beginning! Over the phone, I was assured no problem and they can take care of it. When I get there, this guy Rob is taking me on tours and would not stop hitting on me!!!!!! He continued to hint "exchange of services" UHHHH GROSSS!!!! Doing all this with a wedding ring!!!!!! Watch out ladies and wear your turtlenecks around this CREEP!!!!

Whitney the designer did a great job after our first meeting of showing examples and ideas of a look and feel I wanted. Turn them loose with an idea and got wonderful feedback and choose what I wanted from there.
