I worked here for about a month. The bookstore is great. And what Teresa didnt say in her review "No refunds on textbooks even if you have not unpackaged" is that we tell you when you purchase the books that after a certain date we will not refund or allow returns. If she would have come within the time we told her, we would have gladly allowed her to return and refund her books.

As a parent, I can say the textbooks are extremely overpriced and can be bought/rented online for much less. They do not price match even though they say they do. (My son tried.) If your son/daughter cant find the book online be prepared to pay the higher price of books offered at this bookstore because they will be out of the lowest priced one.

The staff are dishonest about prices and double charge for access codes, which are already in the books. They are not clear about this. They would rather you overspend and not notice than to be straightforward. It would just be easier if they were upfront when buying books.

Used to work there, Elaine remembers me everytime we see each other and we hold a conversation. She really took care of me and helps when needed. Its really nice to walk in and see a friendly face.

No refunds for your textbooks even if you have not unpackaged them. Everything is overpriced. Not somewhere to shop, look online before purchasing books or calculators from the book store.

I love my bookstore! Great university apparel, friendly staff, nice place to go grab a few things or kill a few minutes before class. Textbooks.....uggghhh!
