We moved to the area and needed TV and Internet. We did not even think about the fact that this was an authorized dealer and not a company store. Took about 2+ hours and I was told by Kevin (over several stores) that he would wave the $100 install fee. He did not so when we went there to have it removed the person waiting on us (when we disagreed with his comments) called the police and had us removed. We went to Bowling Green and thought their manager Treven was going to get the install fee removed, but he proved to be a huge disappointment as well. In one year I will cancel Internet and if Comcast will buy out my second year TV, change to Comcast. Maybe Verizon will have their land lines in our area by then. Hope I can talk my wife into Internet only at some point because we watch "very little" that we can not get on Hulu and Netflix!!!! "NONE" of these companies are any good, but I was mistreated by Dish and now AT and T so I guess it will be back to Comcast who (although there are horror stories about them) have yet to lie to me. Get your best deal from someone and get any "lies" in writing whoever you choose!!!

Great customer service! I was immediately helped by Nick after dealing with poor customer service by phone call. He went above and beyond to call himself and get my issue taken care of and my money refunded. Not only that, but he took the time to go through my plan and see where I could cut out hidden fees and found ways for me to save money without losing anything from my plan. Ask for Nick and he will get you taken care of.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE, THEY ARE SCAMMING CASH PAYMENTS. You pay in the morning and then they delete the same payment before they close at night which throws you in delinquency on your payment to ATT. Fake in-store manager Nick refuses to give you actual mangers contact information. Her name in Elizabeth. This ATT store should be shut down for fraud.Maybe I can help them with that.......

First impression NOT favorable! Staff appear unknowledgable, wait time averages 2+ hours, lack positive customer service skills. Thought the location convenience would save time but I could have driven to other locations who have proven excellent service providers in the time wasted at this store. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Visit Bowling Green or Glasgow.

Two stars is what it gets. And its because of what everyone else says. Not enough people working there. Lines are too long wait times are too long. It gets a 2 mostly because its clean and smells nice. Thats about it.
