Horrible. Never going back. They have shoes in the wrong spot all the time. Went in there and there were at least 5 boxes of shoes of this certain brand under the price tag of 39.99 with even the displayed shoe. So I tried it on and was going to buy it. I took it up to the register and it rang 59.99. I told the manager and he told me that it is my job to look at the description of the shoe and make sure it is the right price. How is that the customers job? Shouldnt that be the stores job on making sure everything is in the correct spot with the correct price. I went out to my car and got the shoes and went back in and the manager just snatched them out of my hand and told me to stand in like and for the return. He was very rude. Will never shop there again. None the less I went 10 minutes down the road and got the same kind of shoe for 25.00. Suck that Shoe Carnival Florence.

My husband and I both needed shies so we went in for the BOGO 50% off sale. We got a pair if athletic shoes for him and Clarks sandals for me and paid $92 inc. Tax. It seemed a little pricier than the last time we were in, but the shoes were of high quality and they definitely have the best selection in Florence. I seriously doubt we could have done better anyplace else based on prices Ive seen online. If youre looking for boots on clearance right now, they had a bunch under $15, too!

One of best shoe stores in the area for the price. Have a large selection of gym shoes in bigger sizes. Maybe if people put things back where they find them the shoes would be in the right place.

They didnt have much of a selection for mens dress shoes 12 and up. Ended up not getting anything after trying almost everything on, even though they had a good sale going on at the time.

I find better prices at the mall. Their selection leaves something to be desired as well --as far as athletic shoes go.
