I made my purchase at the store to enure that I got what I wanted. To my suprise, they delievered flowers that I did not pick out. The florist later admitted that he sold me a flower arrangement already purchased by someone else. He did nothing to rectify his mistake; only applogized. He took it upon himeself to arrange something similar in a different color. I was not at all happy with this arrangement as it was a far cry from the pink roses that I wanted. I will not shop here again.
