Manager rude and condescending when I questioned the pricing on an item. Some items ( same arrangements - only different colored roses) were marked higher but there were some items that were marked lower. The ones that were marked higher had red roses in it but the lower priced ones had different color roses. My wife prefers non red roses. When I showed her the lower priced tags on the other items she snatched those price tags off those items and yelled to the cashier to " sell it to him for that". I had been doing business with this company ( this location and also on Woodman Drive) for many, many years. This is the worst encounter I have ever had with this flower shop. Ill go somewhere else for my flowers from now on. Krogers has a florist area and cheaper prices as well. These places all get their flowers from the same flower suppliers.

What a terrific experience I had today with this wonderful shop. I placed an order from out of state for a family member in a local hospital, and the lady speaking with me worked out exactly what I was looking for in two minutes flat. The price was considerably less than I had expected, and it was delivered before the morning was out. Thank you for great service at an excellent price

As a guy who knows nothing about flowers and needed a last minute bouquet for a birthday, I couldnt recommend a better shop. I worked with George over the phone and he had my arrangement ready in twenty minutes. Thanks to Flowerama I am not sleeping on the couch! You have a very pleased lifelong customer.

My mom and I met with the lady who does the wedding arrangements and had a great consultation. However, fast forward to now and 2 months away from the wedding and cant get her to respond to emails or phone calls. Very disappointing. Decided to go with another florist.

This is a good florest if you want pre-made cut flower and potted plant arrangements. They did not offer to order or variations of stocked arrangements.
