I just stopped at your 5820 hopkinsville road Cadiz, KY 42211 and the customer service was terrible. I bought 2 packs of carrot sticks for my kids, got to the car and opened them and they had a white film all over the carrots. The packages did have dipping sauce to which I hadnt opened yet so I was not going to feed those to my kids. I went back inside minutes later and said I wanted a refund. The older woman working at that time questioned me about as to why I was returning them even after I pointed out the white film. She then asked when the expiration date was. Then she proceeded to ask the cashier when I came in after I had just walked out of the store minutes ago. I felt that this was unnecessary and rude. There shouldnt be any question about a returned food item especially since I literally just purchased it. And after all of the questioning I was not even offered an apology. I am very upset by this stores lake of customer service!!!

To lazy to clean there bathrooms so they just close them. Being that theres not too many gas stations in the area except for the few on the stop why would I spend my hard-earned money for $100 worth of gas if theyre too lazy to even do that. Pretty sure its because the women dont want to clean the bathrooms so theyre waiting for the manager to come do it.
