I love Big Lots. I always have. But they are getting away from surprises, weird stuff or unusual items. Not so many buy-outs. Also they are getting pushier about their credit cards, leasing and rewards cards with limited rewards. They should focus on core ideas: friendly, fun, interesting shopping experience and reasonable to lower prices.

Its ok. Ran down, but what do you expect for a big lots. Always able to find a good deal, but it or it will be gone next time. Employees are a little hard to find, not sure if they are hiding or the store just doesnt keep many.

Store in Bellvue, KY was very clean, stocked well, great new items everytime I go there & the staff there is always pleasant & helpful.

A bit cluttered and the staff is often flustered due to the high customer count but the prices and merchandise are what we all go for.
