Regards, I had an unusual experience. I visit mostly the Kum & Go near my home and have lives nearby since Quick Trip built it in 76 yes it is nearly forty years old. I assume withe the passage of time you receive complaints probably few that are mealiness some have moderate significance. At my age perhaps I can shed some light on what is both relevant and worth noting. KG has had good and bad employees so has every other convenience store however Im going to compare apples to oranges as a point of contention Friend called me from north will call camers pizza and convenience store, they have pizza, sandwiches and everything. They also had two checkers one person stocking and 5 15-17 year old smoking in the parking lot. Dan the manager of my Kum and Go discourages that basically loitering and I would agree. Now picture memory and my predilection for counting things so another paragraph. MY store same volume of gas and people going through the line ( first days of Pleasant hunting ) again same volume almost same dollars in purchases. Two minor exceptions the 17 year old was running Dans store at night by herself, there was nobody 15-17 year old in the parking lot. Second observation, time waiting in line was perhaps 12 seconds less, store was being maintained, someone ran out of Mountain dew she had it fixed in 3 minutes after waiting on a customer. Well apples and oranges 5 employees older adults competing against a 17 year old girl, she both checked them out faster but was more polite, and managed to stock, mulitask another of other important things. That implies superior training anf procedures rather than the old country store atmisphere nthe other istitution had. Kum and Go won hands down. I like pizza too but I wait way to long in there the staff is not overtly polite or friendly. Kum snd Go serves a large group of lawyers, doctors and hospital staff plu a large clinic. They come there because its fast like a convenience store should be, always stocked, now Chinese beer on the shelf well Dan or someone will get it out of the cooler for you. That is service point blank well and above anywhere else in town. Bar none Respectfully Jack R. Canute USN( extensive veteran ) and small business and large business owner in my life 40 year antique store still services the same people they did 40 years ago I was there I guess we can assume they are doing many things very well, leadership is tenuous but I assume that is the manager who demands high standards who was trained exactly there then by cooperate, enough said

I have used Kum and Go for several years, I recently moved to Jonesboro Arkansas and continued to use you for my needs. I am highly unsatisfied with the location on Caraway. I have been in there twice now and both times I was treated like a fool. First experience was the guy and girl talking never said hello, never said thank you and was to busy with their conversation to do so. Second time I had to wait 10 minutes for breakfast sandwiches to be ready and when I was told I had to wait the lady was extremely rude. The manager never said sorry for the wait, so I left. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and after this experience I will not be back. Not that it matters to the corporate world but I hope it catches up to you eventually. I will be calling and making a statement not that it will help but I will also tell everyone of my experience. Being in the customer service business I talk to hundreds of people on a weekly basis. Never again will I go to this location, and You will be lucky if I ever come back.

Im putting in this complaint to u guys cause I found out that your store runs the elk point sd subway. You need to look into watch your head supervisor with subway. I have seen this guy at subway a couple different times and I asked the girls who he was. They said his name was Lee. I take it that its ok to go around to the store at kum and go and say just horrible horrible stuff about the subway managers. I take it that the 2 managers must have left. But when Im standing in line at kum and go and this Lee guy is standing there just saying some very very bad stuff about these two people that are not there to defend them self. And the person behind the counter is trying to ignore him and he is just going on. I really think u guys need to teach your hire up people some respect and professional

I have always purchased my gas at the 16th Ave Cedar Rapids Kum & Go on the 13th of May and the 17th of May I filled up after driving many miles and on the 19th my new 2014 Chevy Cruze started acting up at slow speeds. I was leaving for fishing in Canada so I drove to the dealer to have the car checked. On my return the dealer informed me I had contaminated gas and charged me $496 to drain and flush the bad fuel. When I contacted Kum & Go they took my report and after many trips to the Kum & Go I received a letter from Kum & Gos insurance provider saying their Insured is not liable. When I first stopped to ask about my claim the Manager I spoke to mentioned she thought that leak problem had been taken care of. I am now filling a Small Claim against Kum & Go

I moved to DSM about a year ago and noticed their & Rewards loyalty program. I have so many already, but would say they are mostly worth having. Ive only had this program for 2 months and already I am missing gas purchases, and the employees who work at the stores couldnt care less or be interested in helping. I called and emailed for help from their website. No reply. I called their corporate and left a message for one of their marketing directors, no reply. There are plenty of convenience stores in Iowa and most of them want my business more than Kum & Go. Buh bye!
