Every time I come here the coffee is Luke warm. Their customer service is poor and their employees are very rude. One time I asked for them to warm my coffee a little more because I wanted it extra hot and the lady came back and handed it to me and said "were not responsible if you get burnt k" then she slammed the window closed on me. Horrible customer service.

Although this coffee store chain has good coffee, every visit to this place reminds me of what poor customer service is. I have found the employees of this store on several occasions to be quite short and quite rude with their customers. Although Starbucks may not be as good, they have great customer service and Ill just keep going there

I go to this coffee shop often because its closer than Starbucks, but Im constantly disappointed. My drinks are nearly always made incorrectly, and the drive-thru has waits of 20+ minutes with only two cars in the line. The drinks are good when theyre made properly, but Id rather drive the extra 2 miles to Starbucks.

Friendly service, and great tasting coffee. This is one of my favorite coffee shops because theres enough space, and variety of seating with some comfy chairs, some cafe tables and chairs, and even some seating around the fireplace. Theres usually good music playing too.

I love this place. I drove to Des Moines from Cedar Rapids just to get a Mocha Classic Lite. It is the best coffee smoothie. Probably because it doesnt come from a mix. I highly recommend it. Prices are affordable, too.
