Over priced, has problems rotating products out (have found items on shelf that expired 6+months before and told employees and months later it still wasnt fixed. NO WHERE on the store does it say their hours or the fact that they are no longer open 24/7. This is a new change which has not been advertised and is only learned by word of mouth so i only find out its not a rumor because the doors are locked. The check out aisles are WAY too close to each other, their "kid friendly" car carts barely fit in the checkouts...Im talking 1/2" to spare if your lucky. Never have enough cashiers even when they know they are gong to be busy. Ive seen them have 5 or more people waiting in lines and shut down a register. Only reason i go to the store is because its close to my home for emergency needs. If at all possible i go to Walmart across town.

Prices can be high if you dont hit a sale. The produce tends to be not so fresh. They do have the best donuts in town. Update, they know break down donuts in to three categories & one donut can cost you $2. The gourmet pecan & brown sugar is way to sweet it also has a cream filling. A dozen of donuts can cost you $20 or more, boo.

Very good one on one customer service I couldnt find where the sour cream was and they were more than happy to help me the girl dropped everything she was doing and took me right to it the only complain I have is that some of their stuff is a little overpriced

very poor customer service, trying to go in about 11 and guy at door rudely asked whay we wanted and said he was locking up. in the ten years been frequenting store after races, will no longer see our business anytime of the day.

I had to go back to parking lot to get cart!???? I had to lift items off checkout to my cart after paying. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. CONNIE. this would NEVER happen at Fairway. See lots of improvements but more to go!!

Not a fan of Hy-Vee. Prices are unreasonably inflated and you shouldnt have to be a paralegal to read the fine print on their sale ads. Its always trap. Nothing against this Hy-Vee specifically, its a general dislike.

This store has a freshness issue. Purchased stale rice cakes (twice) and half-and-half that was curdled. The meat department has an odd odor. There are much better community grocers in town.
