My son and I stopped in to the Ankeny store looking for a pair of shoes for the fall season when I asked an employee for a specific pair. She asked what size should we measure him. He ended up being pretty close to what I had figured. She walked away, expecting her to return with that size after a few minutes. When I heard her speaking to someone else then stopping in front of the same isle we were waiting in I asked mam, are u going to get those shoes, she looked at me confused, and asked what pair! HELLO rocket scientist! We left in happy and empty handed.
