What a terrible experience. This place has to be a joke - if I could rate zero stars I would. Their logistics are a joke. If you are out of state, dont bother with an online order. 3 WEEKS for a kayak to arrive that was supposedly "in stock and ready to ship". Zero communication unless initiated from the customer side. What, did they have to build the damn thing from scratch? In the end, kayak finally arrived but turned out to be wrong color, then mysteriously disappeared off their website. Still no tracking number to this day for anything. Order never completely fulfilled. They still have my money for product they never shipped (motor mount) and Im sure Ill never see it again. Without the motor mount, my brand new $400 trolling motor I bought for the kayak becomes useless. More time and money down the drain. They lie about shipping which never happens. Lie about refund which never happens. Theyre happy to take your money, but when it comes to delivering actual product or service, they are quick to tell you theyll "look into it and call you back". Which never ever happens. You want any communication, you call them. Getting anything done with these guys is like pulling teeth. They can keep my $150 at this point because I am so done with this "store". I hope you guys are happy. Especially you, Chad.

I ordered a JKrate three weeks ago .Its really sucky i havent obtained it from WCO. And i called WCO they had not even had my name down on their board showing ordered. I guess spending over two thousand dollars makes it hard to swallow when your ready to go out of state fishing. NO PRODUCT "JKRATE" Service was GREAT people were AWESOME.But im ready to use my product i payed for well in advance. My Kayak COOOSA HD is outstanding.
