While shopping at the goodwill on Charlestown road I found two cute purses that I wanted to buy. Neither of them had a price tag on them. I was told that they would be put in the back and put back out the next day. I told the lady I really wanted to buy these items- when would they be put out again, can you take my name and call me? I was told I dont know and we cant hide things? Who was asking you to hide something? Well the next cart that came out had one of the purses in it, so I was able to purchase that one. Whats with this iron clad policy? You know- you shop around and finally find something really cute and I feel that it was taken from me. Its really not in the spirit that is Goodwill either! I had money I wanted to spend, that goes towards a good cause and I was treated like I was up to something! I have donated to and shopped at Goodwill for years and this has never happened to me. I did not appreciate the way I was treated at all. I went in the next day to look for this needle in a haystack and never found it. It makes me wonder if the employee put this item back for herself?

This is my main go to Goodwill store. Goodwill is for everybody, not just for poor people like some I have heard some say. Good Wills proceeds go to help those in need. I buy 90% of all my clothes here, no kidding. People always nice. Great selection. As with all Good Will stores, great bargain prices.

My favorite thrift store! Smaller than some of the other Goodwills, but always kept tidy, obviously great prices, and staff are always nice. Goodwill does a great job advertising double stamp day.

The store is better organized now that they have expanded. Hate the new higher prices now that they have merged with Indianapolis stores.

Great prices, sales, and even one time 5 dollars off during your birth month. Friendly staff, and always a variety to choose from.

Large building with a decent selection. Has career section. Also has a large parking lot. Very easy access from veterans parkway.

Went here once and bought a broken Nintendo DS for my son. I would complain but it was still under warranty so got a great deal.

Not nice at all maybe it was just a bad day but I had a bad experience here. And the store is way too small
