Terrible. I shopped in ten minutes and waited almost 40 minutes in line. There were only two or three lines open though the store was packed. The weird thing was that I noticed clumps of Walmart workers all over the store, hanging out talking, but no one seemed to be working. The nice teenager who was trying to work the check out line had only worked there for two days, and obviously they had not bothered to train her. The lady in front of me had some kind of a voucher from W.I.C. that the girl did not know how to process, she asked a manager to help her, it was that fellow with the odd hand, and he said he,"just couldnt cope", with it and just walked away. Your management and workers are slackers who hate their jobs because it is obviously an awful place to work. I am going to start shopping elsewhere despite the fact that this is the least expensive and most convenient place for me to shop. Treat your employees better and they will work harder for you.

Eff you, self checkout. Seriously. Why are we not receiving discounts for self checkout already? Can you guys not invest some of that payroll your saving by having 1 overworked cashier run 6 machines into machines that understand I already removed my item from the bagging area and Im not trying to weigh my gallon of milk? Damn you and your seductive low, low prices. Bathrooms closed in front, too gross to use in back. P.s. your Rx rocked as usual. Your pharmacy people are super great. Give them some of that extra money youre saving from that gate of hell that is the self checkout.

Everything was very clean, and, at this Wal-Mart, you actually do see employees working! They pretty much always know where everything is too, which is nice. I usually go here rather than the Wal-Mart in 10th, because everyone is relatively friendly. I knocked a star off because I was wandering around, looking for a specific item, and while I made eye contact with a couple of employees, none of them asked if I needed help. They did volunteer info when I asked, and knew what they were talking about, however.

Not a fan of Walmarts to start with, but this one is the worst everything is ultra spread out and always a mess, they only have 2 out of their 999 cashiers open and the self checkout machine are always glitching. I would rate less if wasnt by the pharmacy employees that are beyond any experience you will ever have at a walmart like this, they are nice and friendly and very helpful, but this location is a bad one. Also their restrooms are disgusting.

I ordered a bike from Wal-Mart online and had it shipped to this store. When it arrived I requested for it to be assembled. Three times I was told my bike would be assembled. And three times I drove from Brown County to the store and they forgot to assemble the bike. On the second trip to the store I was promised by a manager that they would assemble the bike ... and it wasnt! And for all of my trouble all I got was a $20 gift card!

My visit was not a great experience. I found something on clearance that wasnt marked looked for a scanner askamanager he said there was one in toys I went back to toys the scanner wasnt working. Got to the cash register purchased $100 gift card I wanted to duplicate to receipt to send with the gift card the cashier didnt know how to do it all in all I would rate my experience a 2 out of 10

While traveling from Michigan to Alabama, stopped to fill prescription. Pharmacist filled my prescription while the pharmacy was closed for lunch so I could continue my trip without a delay due to their lunch closure. Thank you Pharmacist (sorry I dont know your name) but do know the store managers name is Shana. Thanks Store 4216 staff!

I ask for help and two women refused They passed me off to a third lady that was real nice to help me All I needed was for one of them to go into the ladies bathroom to retrieve my moms wallet with all her money in it and her cell phone she forgot I would not recommend this place to anyone that needs any help

Did not have what I needed even though online, for that store, suggested that there was stock of item (charger). After waiting for several minutes someone in electronics came up to register. He was nice but not very helpful. I actually had to suggest what his next choices was in order to help me.

The auto shop guys went way above and beyond to try to help me out. My family and I were essentially stranded, and they helped get me back on my way. Warren was very kind and understanding. Great job guys. Oh, they also had the cleanest bathroom that I have ever seen in a walmart.

Its a Wal-Mart. Youre lucky if its clean. The worst part however its regardless of the time of day youre forced to yourself out. Which means the self check out area is always crammed with angry customers ready to leave. During the busiest time of the day theres only two lanes open.

Typical Wally World, interesting fact for those passing through from other states you can buy beer wine and liquor at this location. Other than that nothing great nothing bad, just a typical Walmart. It is the closest one to Camp Atterbury so that is a plus for some.

If you enjoy waiting in long check out lines, youll LOVE this place. The place was well stocked and I easily found everything I was looking for. Due to the clientele at 10 PM, I would have been more comfortable had I have hired a bodyguard to shop with me.

You might be able to catch some really good deals in their clearance section. The markdown clothes are also available almost anytime. Be careful of the front restrooms, they are definitely one of the most smelliest ones where I have ever been to.

We stopped at this Walmart to grab a charger for the car. My boyfriend asked for help and staff were very unhelpful and passed him on to several others instead of just trying to help him find what we needed. Would not stop here again.

Nice clean store but the prices and products are so different than other walmarts. I noticed that they give a better deal in the areas that have wealthy people living near by. Why not give the poor a better selection and deal?

The prices are of course good, but I dont enjoy the shopping experience. Everything feels plain to me; I prefer the Target shopping experience. Also, I feel the produce here is not the same quality as what I find at Kroger.

This Walmart is nice, was however no sales associates noticable on sales floor. The girl who checked me out was nice and friendly. As went thur store to exit at garden center the lady there was extremely nice.
