Bought a Mattress & Box spring VERY poor quality... comes with a 10 year warrnety... have the mattress replaced because it.was bowing after a few weeks... several months later the boxspring and the frame are broke along with a bowed mattress... come to.find out this set is discontinued... BUT they say there must be something going on for it to break. Yea, your selling trash. thats whats going on... Very dissapointed in how they handle situations. we did leave with a new.set.. bit.theu say warenwtt is void.. Not how you do customer service when your selling garbage.

Its a good place to go to do some quick shopping for things that you know that you want and the prices are cheap and reasonable and the employees are polite and helpful you can basically find anything you want and need in big lots keep up the good work.

So-so store but it needs a little bit of renovation. However the products that are offered arent all that bad and seems to be a decent selection

Need an update of store, has no much growth opportunity. Needs upgrade of store for local customers is in need, new floor plan ect.

Love this place. Needs better visibility of the sign so people could find it easier. Its in the plaza and hard to spot
