I have to say that I love Krogers. The people there are just so friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. I was looking for a particular item that I couldnt find and asked one of the employees about it. She walked me to where she thought it was but it wasnt there. We looked around for a bit but then I said it really wasnt all that important. I went on with the rest of my shopping when later I was approached by a different employee. He had the item for which I had been looking. Apparently, they changed its location and the lady helping earlier wasnt aware. After I left, she kept looking. After finding it, she did a store wide search, enlisting other employees, to make sure I got the product. Now that is customer service!

Coming from the city where Kroger stores compete with the likes of Target, Super Walmart, Costco and Whole Foods, this store lacks so many speciality items and healthy food items. Their organic and gluten free section is an after thought end cap near the produce section. The Kroger near my house, a third of the store is devoted to these food types. Its amazing that the same company can operate such radically different stores. The Walmart across the street has more options, which is pathetic. Its ironic that the closer you get to real food sources in small towns like Madison the worse the quality of the food becomes.

Clean, typical Kroger layout, competitive prices. If you are from a fast paced city, use the self check out. I was done with self check out with a full cart faster than people with 3 items at regular cash register. Small town pace, not a minus, but if your not used to it....

This location has the worst customer service ever. Especially the ladies that work at the service desk. I will not be recommending anyone to this location at all. Get your act together!

Better and cheaper than Walmart on some things, just make sure you have a Kroger card or get one. My only complaints is they have a very small beer and alcohol selection.

I shop at Kroger for many reasons but the top ones are the freshest fruit and vegetables, the 10 for 10 items, the coupons and the discounts on my fuels using my points.

Not one of the bigger Kroger. Place is expensive without a Kroger card and even still I feel like its more than walmart. However they are always fast and friendly

If you dont use coupons and look for sales this place is one of the most expensive stores around. They do have a great deli and sea food area.
