The person who was working in the dressing room acted like a peeping tom. Unbelievable how she would actually look over and into my dressing room. She insisted on coming over to speak to me twice as I was completely undressed to tell me that I should bring out the unwanted items that I tried on. I told her I felt like she was acting like a peeping tom, and she had no reply, no apology -- just stared at me as if she didnt hear me -- or didnt care. She also directed another person right into a dressing room that already had someone in it (oh, and the dressing room doors just swing; they do not lock in any fashion). She was NOT helpful, and she appeard only to be concerned about whether she would have to hang up items left in the dressing room. Not one person asked if I needed help finding anything.

MY WIFE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY. My wife drove 30 miles on a Sunday to return an item that only qualified for a refund for 5 more days. Store worker met her at the door and said that they were closing 1 hour early to count inventory. My wife explained the situation and asked if she could just return the item since people were still checking out. The worker said no, they were closed. What happened to being accommodating? Obviously they were closing early (unpublished I might add) and she was locking the door at that moment. She absolutely could have let her in and helped her. Poor customer service. Poor training. Poor management.

I have had bad luck recently. 4 times I have found rips or defective merchandise only after wearing it. Damaged clothing is never a bargain! Go to TJ Maxx or the Nordstrom Rack.
