I would give them 0 stars if I could. The past 3 times I have ordered, my experience has been almost comical. 2 of those orders were delivery orders, and they forgot my coffee both times. One of those orders had a broth bowl, and it was delivered with absolutely no broth in it because the container wasnt shut all the way. After that I decided to pick my order up cause I thought they couldnt mess it up. They forgot my coffee cup so I had to wait in a huge line to get a cup. Then I got back to work to eat the salad I ordered and there was next to nothing in the container. You could see the bottom of the container in multiple spots on the inside due to how little was in it. Called in to try to get a manager on the phone and they hang up on me every time I call in. Crazy to think I paid 10 bucks for a salad that probably had $2 worth of food in it. They either need to lower their prices drastically or fix the crazy amount of flaws on their orders. If I ever order food from this company again, which isnt likely, it definitely wont be this location.

This location never gets our order correct out of the numerous times Ive been there. I just ordered a salad to be picked up and they forgot the dressing! I wouldnt think that would be difficult to remember. Then the manager wont answer the phone and it rings until it disconnects when you try to address the issues. Even just trying to call the line to place a phone order rings until it disconnects. They need to retrain their employees and managers. It is very frustrating trying to have decent service and food here.

I had a very disappointing experience today at Panera bread and thats the nicest way I can put it. My small swim team had ordered before on our phones. When we arrived we found out that none of the order has gone through. We let the first mess up slide and proceeded to order there. The cashiers were very slow and were nearly clueless. Halfway through getting our order they ran out of bread which made us wait even longer. In short if you value your time and sanity then go somewhere else.

We had a staff lunch delivered to us and the food was good but 2 or 3 orders were wrong. The side salads were a joke. Literally a handful of lettuce in a box. Cesar salad without shaved parmesan?? This was our second time with delivery for a staff luncheon with a bad result. There wont be a third which is unfortunate since we have these meetings twice a month. On the flip side, I had soup delivered for just myself and had no issues.

Been going here for ages and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyones always willing to talk or answer questions. The drink add-ins are more often than not, stocked/filled. If anything ever runs out, Id mention it, and almost instantly an associate takes care of it. And the last time I ate in the outdoor area it was extremely comfy. The tea options are soo delightful that I automatically get distracted enough to tune out the car noises.

Customer Service I always give places a few chances before I write them off, but every time I have come to this Panera (at least 4 or 5 times) My order is always wrong and when I have gone to get it made right the staff and management are very rude. I always try to be understanding of every situation, but every time I go there is no improvement. I think it may be time for corporate to step in. I will make the extra drive to Plainfield.

$24 dollars for a tuna sandwich and a salad. The salad was tastless but what irked us the most was the the top slice of bread was way smaller than the bottom. That might work with a ham sandwich, but not a messy tuna fish sandwich. When we complained, we were told that "yes, thats an end piece. someones got to get it" They then gave us a slightly larger piece of bread to eat with the smaller piece.

James was extremely helpful at this location while I ordered my dinner via the drive thru tonight! I am a frequent flyer at Panera and travel a lot for work. This means I see and visit a lot of Paneras. This one happens to be my home location and it frequent it the most. James by far has been the best Panera employee thats helped me yet! Nice job James!!

The food continues to decline. They continue to amaze me with the inability to get all the ingredients in a salad. I always order the Thai Chop "CHICKEN" and I get something different every time. If you get it to go just open the bag and pull everything out if you dont want to be dissappointed.

Great place to meet with friends or just grab a good meal and enjoy some endless coffee. There is a private meeting room in the back that you may reserve also if you need to conduct a lunch meeting with probably up to 16 people.

The customer service was great. The broccoli and cheese soup and mac and cheese was delicious. The bread that came with the meal wasnt that great. The sandwiches we ordered were okay they could have been better for the price.

If i could give negative stars i would! Do not eat at this place!! Staff is rude, they over charge and refuse to fix! Worst experience ive had at a Panera!! I will not be returning and ill be sure to tell everyone i know!!

Food was good, place really needs some cleaning and carpet was very dirty. Rather disappointed that now you are expected to you, and get no actual table service. Think I would rather go to a restaurant next time.

Clean, A nice place to meet for meetings or bible study. A great place to do work, etc. I havent ate at this particular Panera Bread but Panera Bread in general has great food. You wont be disappointed.

Theres a new cashier every time I go in, and they always seem to just be learning the job. Food is good though, and they dont hassle you at all for reading or working on your laptop for hours.

Ive been hear twice and both times they have been out of bread for whatever sandwich in getting. Both times have been about 6-6:30pm...hope do you expect to survive dinner rush.

The service is outstanding here. They take your order quickly even if there is a big crowd. The dining room is spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious and fresh.
