The Shiseido counter manager is extremely knowledgeable about the product line. She offers complimentary facials with replenishment of your products. She also offers a facial to educate you on the products you are using or interested in trying. Her facials are wonderful. She has the most amazing touch. Very relaxing atmosphere in the private spa room. I LOVE Shiseido and I really love the facials I have received from her. Better than ones Ive paid hundreds of dollars for at resorts.

I bought a pair of boots and they were a little snug so I asked if they could be stretched overnight. I went back to get them the next day and not only did they fail to actually do their jobs and stretch them, it also took the lady 20 minutes to find them. I understand a lot of these employees dont have an education past high school, but this request isnt that difficult to process.

One of the three main malls in Indy (along with Castleton and Circle Cetner), but probably the most well known and well stocked. Numerous food options inside, and various stores, including a Tesla store. This mall cant compete in selection with bigger cities (e.g., Chicago), but its the best one in Indy.

Went for the annual sale, the deals/selection wasnt that great, even on the 2nd day of the early access. Service was top notch though, I worked with Simeon in the mens department and Paige as a stylist. Both were awesome!

I have had some wonderful experiences at this store. Staff is always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me. They offer great advice too, dont be afraid to ask for advice on clothing.

Very disappointing to see employees gathered chatting and otherwise preoccupied with their phones while customers were clearly seeking assistance. Sad to see this lack of service at Nordstrom.
