Its holiday season. Got a gift two sizes too large for me, came in to return it. Had the gift receipt. Product had all tags except the store price tag. Took them 20 minutes to figure out how to process the return. Even their manager Kim fumbled with the system. Like the other reviews mentioned, the staff is predominantly African American. Theyre nice, but lack a professional attitude. Friendly with other African Americans but kind of just ignore you if youre not. The lady helping me started talking about shoes with another customer while I was waiting. She was trying her best to help me get the entire amount refunded. However the lady next to her simply wanted to rip me off first saying it wasnt returnable and then saying only a portion of the sale could be refunded. It got refunded btw. Your experience could go either way. Customers were courteous. Store has an OK selection. Poorly organized. Would not recommend.

I had a return to make and was skeptical based on previous reviews as I have limited time over my lunch hour to do this. When I arrived I noticed the line was very long and immediately I thought I was going to be late to get back to work, so I looked at the time and got in line. The line was intimidating to other customers as the guys behind me made some comments but almost as fast as I got into line I began to move. I was very surprised just how quick they processed through the line and my transaction. What I thought was going to be a 20 minute ordeal turned into a six minute trip in and out. Maybe next time I will get to do some shopping also!

Great place to browse for all sorts of kitchen, dinning, living, bed, bath, and basement needs. A lot of variety, brands, sizes, styles, and prices. Some of the items are cheap and definitely not even worth Walmart shelves but there is always a good selection of European and American made goods hidden away. My main issues with TJ Maxx/Homegoods are a lack of organization between the junk brands and quality. And a predictable limited inventory of the good stuff. Want some Italian glasses at a great price? well you can get 4 of them but no more. First world problems. All niggles are small against a great store.

This is the best TJ Maxx Ive been to. As with any off-price chain, the selection and quality of items varies but this location has consistently great things and a huge selection. I wish that they would bring back their Runway selection at this location. The store is clean and as well organized as can be when carrying such a hodgepodge of items. Staff is courteous, hours are good. Beware, the last time I was there (Sunday) the checkout line took between 15 and 20 minutes. Didnt seem to be their fault, the line moved pretty quickly and they had all lanes open.

Had a very discouraging interaction with the Castleton Home Goods store. Attempted to return a defected item (towels that turned orange) WITH a receipt and was angrily told by "Store Coordinator" Jennifer that I could not return them. She was instantly defensive and could not land on a single reason why I could not return them. She was very hostile and rude to me. I visited the Home Goods store in Carmel and they returned them instantly. Sadly, Jennifer was too lazy to do her job and lost a customer because of it.

I love this place because of the home store I have found so many wonderful canvas paintings that I have put in my home especially large oversized paintings for my bedroom because I have cathedral ceiling. I have also found bedding and pillows for my home and many knick knacks. Also glassware and dishes. I also sometimes by their gourmet food. I also Buy clothes you cant beat the prices theyre also she was in Boots the prices on designer boots are exceptional

The store is clean and well organized. Clothes are straightened up and well arranged. The products are about the same as any TJMaxx. The line to checkout is crazy long without many cashiers. I just needed to buy a hat. Came in, couldnt find the hats nor anyone to ask. I finally found one in clearance and luckily enough I liked it. $5.00 score! Then the line - 20 minutes to buy a hat. Sigh. Que sera.

I love shopping at TJMaxx but this is the only one I avoid going to. This store has more clothing than other ones (though not necessarily better selection) and I like that its connected to a Home Goods, but the line here is always really long and I dont want to wait 20 min just to buy one item. It also a bit more disorganized than other TJMaxx stores in the area, at least the mens section is.

Great prices on most things. Nice selections of brands... just be sure to visit often, stock quickly changes/rotates. There tends to be lots of disarray and items just all over the place. So, finding specific items generally isnt easy. Just browse and find hidden gems.

I love this store. Its very well done compared to others but Im incredibly tired of putting stuff back because the line is always long. Doesnt matter If you come in the morning or night, there will always be a line. They need to hire more cashiers, its ridiculous.

Best place to buy name brand clothes at a fraction of the price. Tons of racks but if you spend the time tabbing through eveything you will be pleasantly surprised. Love this place and the savings!!!!!

Ultra long line but the line move pretty fast (10 - 15 mins line). I think this happens only on weekends though. So maybe come on weekdays instead? Good selection, clean store!

Theres a lot of good/useful stuff, but you might get stuck in line for 45 minutes (granted, I was checking out at 6:00p on a Saturday). The employees were all very nice, though.
