I started with Dr. Elrod as a new patient this week. My motivation for switching practices was because of a change in insurance carriers. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Danielle who helped me complete the initial intake forms required. After waiting only a few minutes, I was greeting by the optometrist assistant, Bethany, who greeting me by name and offered a firm and friendly handshake. She introduced me to Dr. Elrod who also greeted me with a handshake. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and warm greeting. My exam was very comprehensive and well done. The Doctor explained everything that she was doing and always asked if I had questions about the various tests. When I did ask questions, she went above and beyond to make sure my question was answered fully. She detected a change in my vision from the prescription issued from my previous doctor and explained how she planned to address the changes with contacts and glasses. I came to Dr. Elrods practice because of my insurance change, but Ill stay because of the high level of professional care and customer service that I experienced. I would recommend Dr. Elrod and team without reservation.

Dr. Elron and her staff (especially Chris) are the bomb dot com. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and no to mention, fun! The office is easy and wonderful. Thanks guys!

Lanter Eyecares staff and doctors are wonderful. They are really pleasant and helpful through the entire experience. Never once did I feel rushed while figuring out my contacts.
