I ordered a jersey from their online store prior to their 2pm rush shipping cutoff. Not only were they out of stock (which was not displayed on the site) they didnt bother to inform me until the next day, which meant I would have to switch to 1-day air shipping at extreme cost to get an alternative in time. When I asked about alternatives, they had a really poor selection to choose from. Moral of the story: dont put too much trust in their online store.
