Visited Auto zone today didnt need much, but the service after getting acknowledge was exceptional. We walked in the store was clean, there wad a person being helped at the counter and there was a 2nd guy in the back trying not to make eye contact. After the Associate finished up with the first customer he gave his attention to us, which was cool. He assisted, finalized the sale and we was on our way with a smile & thank you come again.

The guy was so rude to me when I asked for help with silver car paint. The book didnt have silver for a 2007 Mitsubishi. He then got loud and was telling me I needed the VIN number...which I had. He then couldnt help me because I didnt know the correct silver...thats what the reference book is for?? I got standard silver...the right color. Wont go back.
