I would really like to give them a higher rating but I just cant. They get two stars because of location and the staff are always helpful and friendly, however, the store is so CLUTTERED that even if you found a product you probably couldnt get to it, due to all the product in the aisle. The shelves are bare. I went to look for a pillow. They had two! Both were bed pillows. I just cannot put into words how "trashy" this store is. I know they are hiring and I really hope it is because they do not have the staff to shelve items. It appeared that they were more concerned about getting the holiday stock on the shelves than every day product. Bums me out! I used to buy all my school supplies for my classroom here, but not any longer. I hope if and when you visit, it is in better shape.

Many things out of stock most people going to go somewhere else. Tired of everything always out of stock. This store could double its buisnes by restocking. If you have to pay people more, it will pay off in the long term more customers. In a nutshell, get your heads out of your asses corporate!

They used to be a good store now nothing seems to be getting stocked the shelves are almost bare..and the lines are ridiculously long bc they only have one person on register..the people working there now dont seem to know what they are doing either

The shelves are always empty. I waited over 3 weeks for them to put powdered coffee creamer on the shelf. When I asked the manager what was going on, I was told they couldnt keep help? If thats the case, then corporate needs to find out WHY!

They need more help so they can keep shelves stocked. Its busier than the other two in Madison because it is closer for people from around Hanover to go to. They do not staff it accordingly.
